The schedule of spa workshops is on the events page. This year I visited THAILAND in order to add some new techniques to the class, including the popular HERBAL BALL THERAPY. This is the "new hot stone therapy," and it's going to be catching on like crazy in the very near future, so jump on board now with a class that teaches you techniques straight from Chiang Mai.

In August '07 I took part in a Standards Setting meeting for the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB), and let me tell you, these folks have put some MAJOR work into the new licensing exam, called the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx), which is set to roll out in several states by the end of this year. I can personally recommend the new, much-needed exam because I have seen for myself how painstaking the process has been to create it, and I have even participated in honing the exam questions.
